Step 1. Setting the Stage
The first step in the process is to get to know the client both professionally and personally. We will discuss your goals, your funding options, your previous experience, and your personal and business preferences. Everyone is different, and you owe it to yourself to talk to someone who has been professionally trained to ask questions, and then actually listen to your answers.
Step 2. Business Search
PROFITURE will evaluate all of our partner franchisors to find the best fit for our client. We know exactly what each franchisor is looking for in their ideal owner – skills, goals, financial requirements, and ownership roles. As a trained Franchise Professional, we have resources, tools, and experience that will help streamline the process. Once we have 2 to 4 Franchises that we feel meet your criteria, we’ll move on to Step 3.
Step 3. Discussing Your Future Business
Most of our Clients really enjoy this part of our process. During this step you’ll hear about the Franchises that may be a good fit for you. You will then spend time with us discussing the attributes of these franchise models and why we think that you should research them further. We will also discuss the franchisors Discovery Process, and what to expect next.
Step 4. Introduction and Discovery Process
PROFITURE facilitates introductory calls with each franchisor, and the client will begin the “Discovery Process”. The franchisors Discovery Process usually takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks to complete. This is a time of intense learning and due diligence. Having a franchise expert at your side assures nothing gets missed.
